• Preparation: Shake the syringe thoroughly to distribute the mycelium. Use 70% isopropyl alcohol to wipe down the injection port of your grain bag or jar.

• Inoculation: Use the provided sterile needle to inject the culture into the substrate. For 1-liter grain jars, 3–5 ml is recommended; for larger 3lb+ bags, use 10 ml.

• Sterility: Always handle using sterile techniques (ideally in a Still Air Box or in front of a flow hood) to prevent contamination.

• Storage: Refrigerate upon receipt at 35-46°F (2-8°C) to keep them viable for 6+ months, but do not freeze.
